Chad began his career in 2008 as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America, then joined private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS) as an investment professional in 2010. Subsequently, he became a founding member and Senior Director of Business Development at US Anesthesia Partners, a physician services organization formed by management and WCAS. In 2016, Chad graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chad has visited over thirty countries on six continents and was uniquely inspired by Cuba on his first of countless trips to the island.

Krystelle Rocourt graduated from Duke University with a BA in International Comparative Studies with a concentration on Latin America and the Caribbean, a minor in Sociology, and a certificate in Markets and Management.
Raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Krystelle is fluent in four languages, has worked in three continents in the fields of sociological research, communications and marketing, and is interested in the role of social entrepreneurship in development.
Rachel graduated from the Canfield Business Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Marketing and a Certificate in Business and Public Policy. Prior to joining CUBA CANDELA, she worked in sales, business development, and content creation roles in both the public and private sectors.
Rachel’s passion for growing dynamic companies and travel sparked while working for a female founded startup in the United States, India and Sweden. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys exploring Miami restaurants, listening to true crime podcasts, and playing the bass guitar.
Director of Marketing & Creative
Claudia is a results driven marketer and creative professional with ten years experience helping brands and small businesses grow. She worked in NYC servicing clients such as the Epilepsy Foundation and in industries ranging from Wellness to Finance.
Claudia studied at Pratt Institute, where she harnessed her creative talents, keen visual eye and copywriting skills. When she isn't increasing brand awareness and generating sales, she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and learning about ethnobotany.
