Chad began his career in 2008 as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America, then joined private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS) as an investment professional in 2010. Subsequently, he became a founding member and Senior Director of Business Development at US Anesthesia Partners, a physician services organization formed by management and WCAS. In 2016, Chad graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chad has visited over thirty countries on six continents and was uniquely inspired by Cuba on his first of countless trips to the island.
Emilia has been traveling to Cuba for 17 years. As one of the first US licensed film makers since the revolution, she co-directed Cuban hip-hop documentary East of Havana. Emilia led the international media strategy for the enormous Major Lazer concert, which drew nearly 500,000 Cubans. She is the first and only person to bring the famed Tropicana dancers to the United States. Among her many prior clients are Francis Ford Coppola and family.

Krystelle Rocourt graduated from Duke University with a BA in International Comparative Studies with a concentration on Latin America and the Caribbean, a minor in Sociology, and a certificate in Markets and Management.
Raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Krystelle is fluent in four languages, has worked in three continents in the fields of sociological research, communications and marketing, and is interested in the role of social entrepreneurship in development.

Claudia is a results driven marketer with seven years experience helping brands and small businesses grow. She worked in NYC servicing clients such as the Epilepsy Foundation and has worked in industries ranging from Wellness to Finance.
Claudia studied Art History & Printmaking at Pratt Institute and when she isn't increasing brand awareness and generating sales, she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and ethnobotany.
